03/20/2021 I hope you all have been staying safe and healthy. This past year has been a real doozy. Here is some good news: our dropshipper has returned to normal fulfillment times on most items yay! Tie dye orders are made on demand (more cost effective this way) so please expect longer than usual fulfillment times. Thank you all for your continued support, I really appreciate it!
07/25/2020 Our drop shipper is seeing fulfillment times for apparel within 2 weeks, instead of 6 weeks! That is really exciting! However our Tie Dye Tees are fulfilled in house, so expect fulfillment within two days of ordering. Thank you for your patience and continued support!
07/01/2020 Unfortunately our drop shipper is predicting wait times of about 6 weeks until apparel items can be fulfilled. They are doing everything they can to bring operating capacity back to 100%. However our Phone Cases are being fulfilled within 4 business days. I hope you all are staying safe and healthy.
04/01/2020 Although we do not have any employees, besides myself the owner, our drop-shipper who fulfills our orders is abiding by the CDC guides for practicing safe working conditions. They have a warehouse in both California and North Carolina and are seeing delays in fulfillment. Please bear with us and our drop-shipper while we try to navigate through these troubling times. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund! Shipping: We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide! It takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, and shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated 5-8 business days. If your order comes damaged please email us within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
